Dear Parents/Carers

Welcome to the Kilkhampton Junior and Infant School Parent Teacher Association (PTA)! We are pleased to have you as part of our school community and look forward to working together to support and enrich the educational experience of all our children.

The PTA plays a vital role in organising and running events that raise valuable funds for the school. With the help of our committee and the support of parents we are able to provide additional resources, enhance facilities, and create memorable experiences for the children that otherwise wouldn’t happen.

We meet once a term for approximately an hour to plan and coordinate upcoming events. These meetings are a great opportunity to share ideas, get involved, and meet other parents. While attending every meeting is not required, we encourage parents to lend a hand where they can—whether by volunteering at an event, contributing skills or resources, or simply offering support. Every little bit makes a big difference!

To keep updated on upcoming events and PTA news, please follow us on Facebook. Additionally, each class has a PTA representative—a fellow parent who can keep you informed, answer any questions or share details about events. To get details of this person please email us on kilkpta@gmail.com.

We would love you to be part of the PTA and help in making this a fantastic year for our children.

Best regards

Your PTA committee
